Amber Margaretten, MA, LPA (she/her) is the owner and psychologist at Worry Free. She received her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology at North Carolina Central University. Amber has experience working with all ages from young children to elderly adults providing psychological evaluations. She has provided mental health treatment in numerous settings including residential and inpatient mental health facilities, residential facilities serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, juvenile and adult correctional settings, chronic pain clinics, long term care facilities, educational settings, outpatient mental health clinics, and treating first responders.
When Amber isn't at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and snuggling with her three dogs.

She attended Wake Forest University (Go Deacs!) before matriculating to Loyola University Maryland where she earned a M.S. degree in Clinical Psychology. Her proudest accomplishment thus far is becoming the first doctor in her family. She earned her Psy.D. in Clinical and School Psychology from James Madison University in 2021. Morgan has experience serving psychiatric populations in community, inpatient, and correctional settings. In 2021, she completed her predoctoral internship with the North Carolina Department of Public Safety (now Department of Adult Corrections) before continuing on within NCDAC as a staff psychologist and psychological services coordinator.
Morgan is a proud mother of an adorable five-year old forever puppy named Mason. She also enjoys traveling to experience new food.

In addition to private practice, Anna has experience working in a variety of settings including hospitals, in-home services, clinics, and residential developmental centers. She has served clients of all ages from toddlers to late adulthood.
